KonKell Shipping & Delivery Policy

At KonKell, we know that when you invest in a quality chainsaw sharpener, you want to get to work as soon as possible. We are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all our customers.
1. Fast Domestic Dispatch (Our Warehouses)
To ensure rapid and efficient delivery across the United States, our main machinery inventory is strategically distributed across three domestic fulfillment centers located in New Jersey and California. By fulfilling orders from the warehouse closest to your location, we significantly cut down on transit times.
2. Order Processing Time
We aim to get your gear moving quickly.
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Local Warehouse Time) or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created.
3. Estimated Delivery Times (US Market)
Once your order leaves our facilities, standard delivery within the contiguous United States generally takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on your exact location and the carrier routing.
*Please note: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses may experience slightly longer transit times.
4. Split Shipments (Machines vs. Accessories)
To offer you the widest range of replacement parts and accessories, some specific consumable items are dispatched from alternative warehouse locations.
If your order contains both a sharpener machine and additional accessories: They may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different days. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. Please do not be alarmed if one item arrives before the other.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your carrier tracking link. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to update with the initial scan. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or via our Track Your Order page.
6. Incorrect Address & Refused Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- KonKell is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned to sender due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an address error or because it was refused at delivery, the original shipping fees will be non-refundable, and a reshipment fee may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
While we partner with reliable carriers, transit issues can occasionally occur. If your package arrives damaged, please refer to the Damaged Upon Arrival section in our Return Policy and report it within 48 hours. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check around your property and with neighbors before contacting our support team for assistance.
